Parentopoli in common .... in Rome as in Mediglia, did indeed Mediglia school

Here is my article that appeared in THE DAY Today:
sudden resignation for the former mayor Malinverno of CAESAR Mannucci
Peschiera Borromeo -
The former mayor left the city council, after almost 20 years of political activity in the city of San Carlo Borromeo. Sudden resignation of Marco Malinverno the other morning, council leader of the civil list which bears his name came third in the last local elections in June 2009. Few lines to inform the President of the City Council and Mayor Antonio Luciano Buono Falletta's decision came a few days ago. With the withdrawal leaves a piece of administrative history of the last 20 years. Malinverno, in fact, he made his debut in politics young. In the mid-eighties, little more than 25 years old, became the political secretary of the Communist Party and in 1990 made income in the city council.

In December '91, after the junta's political crisis Silvestre became the executive councilor for urban planning and ecology Dc-PDS-PRI mayor and Democrat Andrea Villa in the next Republican Guido Rosini. In those years was the great variation to the approved master plan which provided for the massive expansion of the urban population of San Bovio. The same variant in early 2000, has come under the scrutiny of Milan prosecutors for alleged bribes paid by a manufacturer billionaire peschierese to some politicians of that term. Three years ago the task was completed in the first degree with a sentence of three years for corruption in Malinverno, who became mayor in '95, the head of the center-left coalition and re-elected in '99 with the Civic Party. In the same period

Marco Malinverno was elected twice in Milan's provincial council, first by the Democrats of Prodi and then with Casini's UDC. In 2009, the politician tried to be re-elected mayor. But despite a brilliant personal statement (over 11%) can not get on the ballot. Last week, meanwhile, a court in Milan has begun the appeal process, but now postponed to next spring.
